Jamie, Rex, and Vanessa are new characters on the scene in the second installment of "As the Reels Turn", an interactive slot machine from Rival Gaming.

The slot machine itself is very similar to the original "As the Reels Turn" slot. It is a video style slot with 5 reels, and a lot of scatter symbols. I don't want to spoil the fun of having the storyline unfold as you play the slot, so let's get right to the reels.

I reviewed the machine at Slot O'Cash where I was able to change the coin size from one cent up to ten cents. I was also able to wager as much as five coins per payline. With a total of 15 paylines that comes to $7.50 per spin.

The scatter symbols are the key to unlocking the bonus games on this slot. Landing 3 or more "Ivan the Pirhanna" symbols triggers a Free Spins session of 10 spins where the value of any winning combinations are tripled.

The Danny Symbol is the key to playing the Find Danny Bonus Round. While landing two of the symbols will give you a winner, you'll need to land three or more to unlock the bonus game.

Nothing has changed with the Bonus Scatter symbol, or the Advance to the Next Scene symbol. The Bonus symbol still leads you to the Counerfeit Chips game where you choose casino chips from a pile on the table, hoping to rack up points by choosing "genuine" casinos chips - and avoiding the counterfeit ones.

The game continues until you find a counterfeit chip, your credits are totalled, and you return to the regular slot play.

Landing three or more Advance to the Next Scene symbols will move you one step further along the story map.

Overall: - Just like the first in the installment, the "As the Reels Turn 2" machine can keep you interested in the bonus games, of which there are plenty, and in the storyline. These machines are great fun!
